Star Wars Episode VII

Newest Biggest Movie News: Star Wars Episode VII

I am a huge Star Wars fan and I am very excited for this movie to come out. There are just some things that I really hope they don't do.

1st, Disney cannot have their Disney Castle before the credits. That would kill the classic opening.

2nd, They cannot cast Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, and Mark Hamil as Han, Leia, and Luke. They are much too old. Remember Harrison Ford in Indiana 4? That wasn't the best, plus no offense, but that movie kinda stunk. Aliens, really? They need to do what Star Trek did, cast actors who look like them when they were younger. I do think they should give Ford, Fisher, and Hamil cameos, they definitely deserve them.

3rd, I've been hearing rumors about the dumbest idea ever: resurrecting Darth Vader. Please no. Thank goodness, George Lucas still has the authority to approve the script before it gets made. By the way, don't pay any attention to rumors, they are usually not true. Plus this resurrecting rumor was on like a UK website, not sure how UK would know things about an American movie company that we Americans haven't even heard of.

4th, I think they should definitely use some of the stuff from the Timothy Zahn Star Wars books. They should also make up some of their own stuff too. How cool would it be to have Grand Admiral Thrawn and Mara Jade in the new movie? Pretty awesome. Plus throw in Han and Leia's kids and Luke and Mara's kids eventually.

5th, Going back to the books, Boba Fett didn't die in the Sarlacc Pit, he actually killed it and escaped it. It would be totally awesome to have Boba Fett in the new movie, but let Temuera Morrison, Janjo Fett's voice plus the Blu Ray Star Wars of the original three movies voice, instead of Jason Wingreen, the original Boba Fett voice. It would make a lot more sense to have Morrison do it, since Boba is a clone of Janjo so they would have the same voice.

  2. Its been reported that Harrison Ford, Mark Hamil, and Carrie Fisher had a meeting with Michael Arndt, the story writer for the new movie. That usually means one of two things, either they are returning as Han, Luke, and Leia or they are basically signing their characters away for someone else to have. There are a lot more rumors now about who should Han, Luke, and Leia so I'm guessing that they probably signed away their characters, but I'm not positive.
